ABOUT ME:

I'm 1997 graduate from Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny, Iowa. I  have owned my own business since in Ames, Iowa.  I have a license in the state of Iowa and a member of AMTA or also called American Massage Therapy Association. The techniques I use can be of swedish, trigger point therapy, muscle release technique, Positional release or Japanese facial techniques. I volunteered for national Special Olympics in Ames in 2006 as a massage therapist. Also volunteered for The Dance Marathon at ISU in 2009 and 2015.

My specialty is working with headaches, neck or shoulder pain and plantar fasciitis.
